Terms of service

The rules of the road.

What you agree to when you sign up. We've kept it short and readable — no buried clauses, no surprise fees.

1. The agreement

By signing up for TDesk, you (the "Customer") agree to these terms with Design Technology Ltd t/a Transcom ("we", "us"). This is a UK contract, governed by English law.

2. The service

We provide a cloud-hosted control panel for managing web hosting, email, DNS, SSL and backups. Specific features and limits depend on your chosen tier (see pricing).

The service runs on UK-based infrastructure. We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it. If we have a significant outage we'll credit your next month proportionally.

3. Payment

Your tier price (plus VAT where applicable) is billed monthly in advance via Stripe. If a payment fails, we'll retry for up to 7 days, then suspend the account until paid. We won't delete anything for 30 days after suspension — plenty of time to sort it out.

Prices may change. We'll give you 30 days' notice before any price increase, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

4. Cancellation

Cancel any time from your panel. We'll refund any unused days in the current month. After cancellation we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it permanently.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

6. Our responsibilities

We agree to:

7. Liability

We're a UK company; our liability is governed by UK law. In short: we're not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, business interruption etc.) and our maximum direct liability for any incident is capped at 12 months of your fees.

This doesn't affect your statutory consumer rights if you're a consumer (not a business).

8. Termination by us

We can terminate the agreement immediately if you:

For anything less serious we'll always reach out first and try to resolve it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If we change them materially, you'll get 30 days' notice and the option to cancel without penalty. Minor wording updates may go in without notice.

10. Contact & disputes

Questions: info@tdesk.uk. Formal complaints: legal@tdesk.uk.

If a dispute can't be resolved by email, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Three plans. No contracts. Cancel anytime.

Pick a tier — that's your monthly price. Panel, server, bandwidth and every feature, all included.
