Acceptable use policy

What you can and can't do on TDesk.

Common sense, written down. Don't do illegal things, don't harass people, don't hammer the shared infrastructure.

Last updated: 26 May 2026

1. What you can do

You can use TDesk to host:

2. What you can't do

Illegal content

Spam & mail abuse

Security & abuse

Resource abuse

3. Grey areas

Some things aren't black-and-white. Here's our view:

Adult content (legal, consensual)

Allowed, provided it's clearly age-gated and complies with UK law. Tell us in advance if you're going to host significant volumes.

Gambling-related sites

Allowed if properly licensed for the relevant jurisdictions. Show us your UK Gambling Commission licence or equivalent.

Cryptocurrency projects

Hosting a crypto-related website or wallet UI is fine. Running miners or sustained heavy compute is not.

Free email forwarding services

Allowed in moderation. Become a known source of abuse and we'll have to act.

4. How we enforce

For most issues we'll reach out first with a heads-up. You'll usually have 48 hours to fix or appeal.

For emergencies (active spam outbreak, malware, child safety, court order) we'll suspend the affected service immediately and notify you afterwards.

Repeated or wilful violations can lead to termination of the agreement.

5. Reporting abuse

If you spot something on TDesk infrastructure that violates this policy:

abuse@tdesk.uk — we triage every report and respond within one working day.

For child safety concerns, also report directly to the Internet Watch Foundation — they have priority routing into our systems.

6. Changes

This policy may evolve as the internet does. We'll email customers about material changes. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.

Three plans. No contracts. Cancel anytime.

Pick a tier — that's your monthly price. Panel, server, bandwidth and every feature, all included.
